They include personal information, which is information that could reasonably be used to identify you personally, such as your name, e-mail address, age, gender, city, country, language, browser, services provider, internet protocol (IP) address, operating system, screen resolution, client ID, affinity categories, market segment, or persistent IDs that you may provide to us in connection with any requests to “contact us” or to subscribe to our newsletter made through the Web Site or through our use of third-party sites Google Analytics, Gmail, and MailChimp. We may collect this information at various places and forms on the Web Site, including registration forms for newsletters and other communications (e.g., whether by e-mail, mobile device, etc.); when you communicate or otherwise interact with us in any way; when you submit information to us (whether or not the information is intended to be posted on the Web Site). It is your right to choose not to provide certain information (for example your name, email address, or IP address) but then you may not be able to take advantage of some of the Web Site’s features such as a subscription to the newsletter or contacting us.

Information from Other Sources:
We also may receive information about you from other sources. For example, we may obtain geographic or demographic information, or information regarding your possible interests, or browser, services provider, internet protocol (IP) address, or persistent IDs from third parties, or we may receive information from a marketing partner in connection with a co-branded web site or promotion. We use this information to enhance our ability to serve our clients in a more personally tailored way. We may combine the information we receive from those other sources with information we collect through the Web Site. In those cases, we will apply this Privacy Policy to any personal information received, unless otherwise specifically disclosed by us at the time you provide your personal information.

Information submitted by you through “Contact Us” or a newsletter subscription may be used internally by Company in to enhance its business, stored, discarded, or destroyed by Company, in Company’s sole discretion, and Company will have no obligation to return such submissions to you. Cookies:
What are cookies? The Web Site uses standard technology called “cookies” which are small data files or strings of text that are transferred to your computer (or other Internet-accessing device) when you visit the Web Site and allow your browser to accept cookies. Cookies automatically identify your web browser to the Web Site whenever you visit the Web Site and may make navigating and using the Web Site easier for you. Additionally, accepting cookies may allow you to, among other things, personalize your experience on the Web Site.

Currently, we use Google Analytics for aggregated, anonymized website traffic analysis. In order to track your session usage, Google drops a cookie (_ga) with a randomly-generated ClientID in your browser. This ID is anonymized and contains no identifiable information like email, phone number, name, etc.  However, Google Analytics does install Persistent cookies which provides us with a Persistent ID which is considered PII under the California Consumer Privacy Act. We also send Google your IP Address.

There are a variety of types of cookies and Company may from time to time use any of them. A persistent cookie remains after you close your browser. Persistent cookies may be used by your browser on subsequent visits to the Web Site. Persistent cookies can be removed through the settings in your web browser. A session cookie is temporary and disappears after you close your browser. A secure cookie is used when you are accessing the site using a secure https connection, which can be determined by the beginning of your web address. A third-party cookie is one that you can reset your web browser to refuse all cookies or to indicate when a cookie is being sent. Most browsers are initially set to accept cookies, but you can change your settings to notify you when a cookie is being set or updated, or to block cookies altogether. Please consult the “Help” section of your browser for more information or visit https://www.ftc.gov/site-information/privacy-policy/internet-cookies.  Users can also manage the use of Flash technologies, with the Flash Management tools available at Adobe’s website at http://www.macromedia.com/support/documentation/en/flashplayer/help/settings_manager.html. Please note that by blocking any or all cookies you may not have access to certain features, content, or personalization on our site.

Our use of Cookies:

FILE TYPE (Which type of cookie) PURPOSE (Why we’re collecting) STORAGE PERIOD (How long we’re keeping it)
_ga Used to distinguish users in Google Analytics and track user activity on Web Site 26 months
_gid Used to distinguish users in Google Analytics 26 months
